NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 20, 2017, South Florida Water Management District (District) received a request for withdrawal of a Petition for Waiver from Horizon 880, LLC, regarding Application No. 17-0203-3 for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the L-13; Section 37, Township 43 South, Range 38 East, Palm Beach County. The District originally received the petition for waiver from Horizon 880, LLC on March 1, 2017, and Notice of receipt of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register, Vol. 43, No. 42, on March 2, 2017. No public comment was received.
