    The Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel hereby gives notice: that on July 24, 2019, an Order was filed on the Petition for Variance and Waiver. The Petition for Variance or Waiver was filed by Maged Mikhail, on April 22, 2019, seeking a waiver or variance from Rule 64B3-5.003, F.A.C., with sets forth the education, training/experience and examination requirements for specialty licensure as a medical technologist. The Notice was published in Volume 45, No. 83, of the Florida Administrative Register, on April 29, 2019. The Board, at its meeting held on May 29, 2019, via teleconference call, voted to grant the Petition for Waiver or Variance finding that the Petitioner met the purpose of the underlying statute. The approval is being granted for the Petitioner’s application for clinical laboratory technologist only.
