NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 18, 2023, the Department of Transportation, received a petition for a variance from Pasco County Public Transportation Department (Pasco County), seeking a variance from the provisions of Rule 14-73.001, Florida Administrative Code. Rule 14-73.001 establishes requirements for the recipients of the Department’s transit grant funds. Pasco County proposes the Department grant a variance to the deadline for adoption of the Pasco County’s Major Transit Development Plan update.
