64B3-5.002: SupervisorNOTICE OF AMENDMENT – The Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel hereby gives notice that it has received an amended petition for variance or waiver filed with the Office of the Deputy Clerk on August 3, 2007, from Petitioner Karen Lowe, who seeks a variance from subsection 64B3-5.002(5), Florida Administrative Code, with respect to the educational requirements for supervisors. Comments on the petition should be filed with the Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel, 4052 Cypress Way, Bin #C07, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3257, within 14 days of publication of this notice.
