Daly, on behalf of Embassy Suites-Jacksonville, Florida, on June 25, 2007, regarding whether section 13-415.1.ABC.1, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2004 as amended 12/05 and 12/06) requires the master lighting control at the main entry to motel and hotel guest rooms to include the bathroom lights. It has been assigned the number DCA07-DEC-115.
