NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 20, 2007, the Department of Children and Family Services, received a petition for Waiver of Rule 65A-1.7141, and subsection 65A-1.701(23), F.A.C., assigned Case No. 07-012W, from Daniel Cretul.
