NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from by L. Paul Masse, In Re: Las Vistas in Inverrary Condominium Assn., Inc., Docket No.: 2012034254 on August 6, 2012. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.110, Florida Statutes. as it applies to the petitioner.

Whether amendments to the bylaws of Las Vistas in Inverrary Condominium Association, which were recorded in 1981, were validly adopted under Section 718.110, Florida Statutes.
