NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Bank of America. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 2903.3, Florida Building Code, Building, 5th Edition (2014), and Section 403.3, Florida Building Code, Plumbing, 5th Edition (2014) as they apply to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification of whether it is required to install restroom facilities in unstaffed, ADA-accessible private booths that its customers can use to interact remotely with bank representatives.
