Request for Applications 2017-107 – SAIL Financing for the Construction of Workforce Housing
This Request for Applications (RFA) is open to Applicants proposing the construction of workforce housing for Families. Under this RFA, Florida Housing Finance Corporation (the Corporation) expects to have up to an estimated $41,012,000 of State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) workforce funding. For proposed Developments located in a county other than Monroe, the Corporation will offer an estimated $34 million of Workforce SAIL funding, to be used with Tax-Exempt Bonds (issued by the Corporation or the appropriate County HFA) and Non-Competitive Housing Credits. For proposed Developments located in Monroe County, the Corporation will offer an estimated $7,012,000 of Workforce SAIL funding and an estimated $1,200,000 of Competitive Housing Credits.
