    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To create the Model Florida Charter School Application High-Performing Charter School System Replication and its corresponding evaluation instrument, as a result of House Bill 7069. This rule development will also explore modest revisions to the Florida Standard Charter Contract and the Florida Model Charter School Application, based on feedback received from our scheduled workshops.
