NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 14, 2018, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for Variance (Application 180814-14) from WSR Naples Square Commercial, L.L.C. (The Shoppes at Naples Square), 3066 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 201, Naples, FL 34103, for a project located in Collier County, Section 3, Township 50 South, Range 25 East. The petition seeks relief from Section 3.4 of the Environmental Resource Permit Applicant’s Handbook Volume II Within the South Florida Water Management District, effective May 22, 2016, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 40E-4.091, F.A.C., pertaining to flood protection of building floors.
