The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces its regularly scheduled Commission Conference.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To consider those matters ready for decision.
LEGAL AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION: Chapters 120, 350, 364, 366, and 367, F.S. Persons who may be
affected by Commission action on certain items on the Conference agenda may be allowed to address the
Commission, either informally or by oral argument, when those items are taken up for discussion, pursuant to Rules
25-22.0021 and 25-22.0022, F.A.C. The Commission Conference Notice, Agenda, related documents, and FPSC

SPECIAL COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: As the Governor of the State of Florida has declared a state of
emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Commission must limit the manner in which the public may
participate or view the Conference. As always, the public may view a live stream of the Conference online using the
link available at http://www.floridapsc.com/Conferences/AudioVideoEventCoverage. Due to these extraordinary
circumstances, however, no member of the public may attend in person. Any interested person who would like to
participate telephonically on any item on the Conference agenda should contact the Office of General Counsel at
(850)413-6199 no later than 12:00 Noon on August 31, 2020. Interested persons may also file written comments in
the applicable docket file for all matters to be taken up by the Commission, except any post-hearing
recommendation. Any written comments must be filed no later than 12:00 Noon on August 31, 2020.
