PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Florida School for the Deaf & the Blind [FSDB] announces that professional services are required for the project listed below.
PROJECT NAME: Koger Hall Renovations
PROJECT LOCATION: The Florida School for the Deaf & the Blind, 207 N. San Marco Avenue, St. Augustine, FL 32084-2799
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: The Architectural/Engineering services are for the review and completion of 100% Construction Documents previously prepared by another design professional, plans were submitted on August 31, 2011. The review is for compliance with current building codes and FSDB 2010 Design Guidelines, respond to permit review comments and revise drawings as needed, provide bidding services, and construction administration services. Construction will be by a Construction Management firm.
Koger Hall is a 2 story dormitory building with approximately 17,000 sf. The original scope of work consisted of interior renovations required to address various accessibility and other related code deficiencies.
