PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Florida School for the Deaf & the Blind [FSDB] announces that professional services are required for the project listed below.
PROJECT NAME: Koger Hall Renovations
PROJECT LOCATION: The Florida School for the Deaf & the Blind, 207 N. San Marco Avenue, St. Augustine, FL 32084-2799
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: FSDB requests qualifications from Construction Management firms to provide Construction Management at Risk for ADA compliance renovation of the 17,000 sf Koger Hall dormitory building. The project is based on 100% Construction Documents previously prepared by another design professional. Construction Management firm must demonstrate staff knowledge of similar sized projects and scope. Project duration will be approximately seven months with construction complete by the start of the 2015-2016 school year.
