NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 14, 2014, the Board of Nursing Home Administrators received a petition for waiver of paragraph 64B10-11.002(a)(1), F.A.C., filed by Jerry Remedor, requesting a waiver of the requirement that Petitioner complete a 650-hour internship as a requirement for Florida licensure. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for September 19, 2014.
