GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This basin management action plan (BMAP) is the means for implementation of the adopted total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) for fecal coliform. Meeting discussion will include the draft Second Phase BMAP, describing additional activities to result in reduction of fecal coliform load to the BMAP waterbodies. These activities targeting load reductions will take place during the next five years and include efforts to track potential fecal coliform sources using water sampling techniques to detect human markers. The BMAP covers six waterbodies including Baker Creek, Blackwater Creek, Flint Creek, Hillsborough River, New River, and Spartman Branch.
