    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Chiropractic Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from New York Chiropractic College. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B2-13.004, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petition, filed on August 20, 2020, seeks the Board’s opinion on a method of verification of the identity of participants by means of photo identification, as required to be eligible to receive CE credit for online learning. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
