    65C-14.023Personnel and Staffing Requirements

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 7, 2020, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for Waiver of paragraph 65C-14.023(15)(c), Florida Administrative Code, from Hibiscus Children’s Center and Katelia Wilcher, assigned Case No. 20-018W. Paragraph 65C-14.023(15)(c), F.A.C., requires residential child-caring agency staff responsible for the supervision, evaluation and monitoring of the direct care staff shall have a bachelor’s degree in social work, or in a related area of study from an accredited college or university, and at least two (2) years of experience working with children or two (2) years of college and four (4) years of experience working with children.
