NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 159, August 15, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The purpose and effect section of the notice of proposed rule incorrectly stated that the water well permitting delegation agreement between the St. Johns River Water Management District and the Florida Department of Health in Orange County is an amended agreement. The agreement will be the first water well permitting delegation agreement between the parties (not an amendment).
