40C-3.035: Agreements

The St. Johns River Water Management District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: October 8, 2013, following the regularly scheduled Governing Board meeting which begins immediately following the Regulatory Committee which begins as 11:00 a.m.

PLACE: Governing Board Room, St. Johns River Water Management District, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Final rule adoption hearing to amend rule 40C-3.035, F.A.C., to incorporate by reference the District’s water well permitting delegation agreement with the Florida Department of Health in Orange County allowing for local regulation of the construction, repair, and abandonment of water wells less than six inches in diameter, unless these wells are in a Chapter 62-524, F.A.C., delineated area or part of a closed-loop geothermal system.

The hearing previously scheduled for September 10, 2013, is CANCELED.
