NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 122, June 24, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
61G5-30.004(8)(a) shall read as:
(8) The Board hereby designates the following as citation violations, which shall result in a penalty of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00):
(a) Operating a salon without disinfecting solutions a wet sanitizer as required by paragraph 61G5-20.002(3) (2)(d), F.A.C.;
