Advertisement of Prequalification
Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected to provide construction management services for the University of Florida – UF-644B, Reitz Union Lawn Utilities Improvements project located in Gainesville, Florida. This is an Early Release Package for the chilled water infrastructure associated with the overall UF-644B project.
Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is currently accepting subcontractor/vendor prequalification applications for the following scopes of work.
03S – SITE CONCRETE
23U – UNDERGROUND CHILLED WATER
31A – SITEWORK
32B – LANDSCAPE& IRRIGATION
All parties interested in bidding on this project must be prequalified in order for their bid to be considered. A link to start the prequalification process can be found by sending an email to prequalification@cppi.com.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend a virtual, informational meet-n-greet via Ring Central - tentatively scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2020. The agenda will include introductions, project overview and bid schedule.

Sealed Bids will be due on September 16, by 2:00 p.m., 2020.
Construction is tentatively scheduled to start in December, 2020.
