NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 20, 2024, the Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel, received a petition for variance and waiver submitted by Janice Ross-Ferguson. Petitioner is seeking a permanent variance or waiver of paragraph 64B3-5.002(3)(f), F.A.C., which sets forth the education, training/experience and examination requirements for a licensure as a Supervisor in Molecular Pathology.
