PURPOSE AND EFFECT: For Rule 61G6-9.001, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to add additional required continuing education and to add an additional hour for a course on false alarm prevention. For Rule 61G6-9.004, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to add additional requirements for continuing education and to add an hour for a course on false alarm prevention for alarm system and electrical contractors. For Rule 61G6-9.006, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to add additional opportunities for obtaining continuing education.
