SUMMARY: The Department of the Lottery is extending the end date of the first entry period in the Guy Harvey® Heroes Adventure Second Chance Promotion described in rule 53ER15-44 from August 25, 2015, to August 26, 2015, and is rescheduling the beginning date of the second entry period from August 26, 2015, to August 27, 2015.

THE FULL TEXT OF THE EMERGENCY RULE IS:

 

53ER15-50 Extension of First Entry Period and Rescheduling of Beginning Date of Second Entry Period - Guy Harvey® Heroes Adventure Second Chance Promotion.

(1) The end date of the first entry period in the Guy Harvey® Heroes Adventure Second Chance Promotion, described in Rule 53ER15-44, is extended from August 25, 2015, to August 26, 2015.  During the extension period, players can enter their non-winning GUY HARVEY© HEROES Florida Lottery Scratch-Off tickets on the Florida Lottery website through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 26, 2015.

(2) The first drawing set forth in rule 53ER15-44 will take place as scheduled on August 27, 2015, and will include entries received during the period of August 11, 2015, through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 26, 2015.

(3) As a result of the first entry period extension, the beginning date of the second entry period is rescheduled to August 27, 2015, rather than August 26, 2015.

(4) Except as provided in subsections (1), (2) and (3) above, all other provisions set forth in rule 53ER15-44 shall remain in effect.
