NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 19, 2020, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for waiver pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S. from AdventHealth Winter Park Hospital. The petitioner requested a waiver from the rule requirements in subparagraph 62-761.600(3)(b)2., F.A.C., which requires that electronic line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a discharge of 3.0 gph with a probability of detection of 0.95 and a probability of false alarm of 0.05 at an equivalent line pressure of 10 psi and shut off power to the pump. The facility is located at 200 N. Lakemont Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32792. The petition has been assigned OGC #20-1251.
