NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 12, 2024, the Department of Education, received a petition for variance from Rule 6A-4.01761, F.A.C., Specialization Requirements for Certification in the Area of Speech-Language Impaired/Associate -- Academic Class. The petition requests a waiver from requirements related to issuance of a temporary teaching certificate in the area of speech-language services.
