NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from PRH-2600 Hallandale Beach, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Co., in Docket No. 130224-EU filed August 21, 2013, seeking a waiver to or variance from subsections 25-6.049(5) and (6), Florida Administrative Code.
