NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 18, 2014, the Department of Health received a petition for Variance from subsection 64E-11.004(2), Florida Administrative Code (FAC), from Sushi with Gusto, 508-A Pennsylvania Avenue, Greer, South Carolina 29650. This rule requires that all potentially hazardous food be kept at 41° Fahrenheit or below and 140° Fahrenheit or above, except during necessary periods of preparation and service.
