NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Public Service Commission has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Continental Utility, Inc., on May 28, 2014. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:
The agency denied the request for declaratory statement and found that based on the facts set forth in the petition, Continental Utility, Inc. would not be exempt from Public Service Commission jurisdiction pursuant to Section 367.022(7), F.S., because it is a for-profit corporation.
