NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 27, 2015, the Office of Financial Regulation has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Check Mart of Florida, Inc. dba The Check Cashing Store on August 27, 2015. The following is a summary of the agency’s declination of the petition:

On August 21, 2015, the Office was advised by the Petitioner that it no longer needed the Office to answer its Petition, as initially presented. As Petitioner no longer seeks a Declaratory Statement and no additional parties have sought intervention, the Office declines to issue a Declaratory Statement.
