Notice is hereby given that the Board Massage Therapy has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Angelique Vanover, on August 22, 2017. The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board as to whether CBD hemp oil can be used in the practice of massage therapy in Florida. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
