65G-4.0021: Tier WaiversNOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 34, No. 13, March 28, 2008 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.The change in Rule 65G-4.0021, F.A.C., is in response to comments received from and during the public hearing process. Section 393.0661(3), F.S., requires that the Agency shall assign all clients receiving waiver services through a developmental disablites waiver to a tier based on a valid assessment instrument, client characteristics, and other appropriate assessment methods. The following revisions are made to the rule. Subsection 65G-4.0021(3), F.A.C., was withdrawn by the Agency prior to the final hearing in the rule challenge proceeding.
