Division of Housing and Community DevelopmentNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Mr. Rubin Fabian Arroyo, on behalf of Arroyo Enterprises, Inc. (Petitioner) on March 17, 2008. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition: It was assigned the number DCA08-DEC-086.
