NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 24, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for CSX Office at 500 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Sections 2.11.2(c) and 2.11.2(d), as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires upgrading the elevators which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
