GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a meeting of the Lower St. Johns River (LSJR) TMDL Technical Working Group, which is working on development of a draft Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) for presentation to the LSJR TMDL Executive Committee. Topics to be discussed at the meeting include the status of the BMAP project collection process for nonpoint sources and MS4s, review of the BMAP document organization and content to date, and a status report on the development of the BMAP Monitoring Plan.
