65C-15.017: Personnel

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on July 16, 2007, the Department of Children and Family Services, received a petition for Waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(2), F.A.C. The Petition was received by Family Support Services of North Florida, Inc. and Juanita Jones, assigned Case No. 07-011W. Subsection 65C-15.017(2), F.A.C. states an Agency staff responsible for supervision shall have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least two years of experience in human services or child welfare programs. A doctorate in social work or a related area of study may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
