    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Siegfried W. Valentin, on behalf of the American Architect Manufacturing Association (AAMA) on April 9, 2007. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:

    The Commission determined that if a window’s use meets the requirements for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHC), and the window has received statewide product approval under Chapter 9B-72, F.A.C., no additional tests are required for use of the windows in the HVHC.
