NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 20, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Heartland of St. Pete. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of an unspecified Section of A17.3, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2, Florida Building Code, adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
