GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To obtain input and recommendations from the public and interested parties concerning the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Model State Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2017. This plan will be submitted to the United States Department of Health and Human Services. The plan is developed annually and is a federal requirement for the state to receive CSBG funds.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Department of Economic Opportunity with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing, he or she will need a verbatim record of the proceeding.
