    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To obtain input and recommendations from the public and interested parties concerning the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) State Administrative Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2017.

    This plan will be submitted to the United States Department of Health and Human Services. The plan is developed annually and is a federal requirement for the state to receive LIHEAP funds.
