    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Business and Professional Regulation has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering on May 1, 2017. The following is a summary of the agencys disposition of the petition:

    The question presented was answered and, of the two Petitions to Intervene, one was granted and one was denied. A new permitholder who acquires a “converted” summer jai alai permit from a previous permitholder may not relocate to a new location without first obtaining the Division’s approval of that location. The Seminole Tribe of Florida's Motion to Intervene was GRANTED. H&T Gaming and Miami Jai Alais Motions to Intervene was DENIED. Question 1 of the Petition for Declaratory Statement was answered in the negative.
