GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This notice is a correction to the participant code associated with the call in option published in the Florida Administrative Register on July 20, 2017, in Volume 43, Number 140. The Agency is proposing to create a new rule regarding the requirements for submission, collection, and publication of claims data pursuant to Section 408.05, Florida Statutes, as well as requirements for implementation of a consumer-friendly, internet-based platform that will be used to publish information derived from the claims data for public use.
