The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On July 28, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting a waiver of subsection 67-48.002(95), F.A.C., to Amelia Court at Creative Village Partners, Ltd, allowing it to exchange its carryover allocation of 2016 tax credits for 2017 tax credits. Florida Housing determined that the petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on July 6, 2017, and notice of receipt of the petition was published on July 12, 2017, in Volume 43, Number 134, F.A.R.
