    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Psychology has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Nicole M. Whitt, Psy.D on April 19, 2016. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:

    The Notice of the Petition was published in Volume 42, No. 82, of the April 27, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board reviewed the Petition at its meeting held on July 22, 2016. The Petitioner is requesting clarification regarding whether continuing supervised practice once the required number of hours has been reached, without an active application, is permissible under the scope of practice and definition set forth in s. 490.003(4), Fla. Stat., and subsection 64B19-11.005(4), F.A.C. Petitioner has a current application on file, and no final order of denial has been issued. It is the Board’s opinion that this petition is moot. Wherefore, the Board denies the petition for declaratory statement.
