    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 25, 2016, the Department of Health received a petition for Temporary Variance from Riverside Theater, Inc., Jon Moses, Managing Director, 3250 Riverside Park Drive, Vero Beach, FL, 32963, from subsection 64E-11.007(7), paragraph 64E-11.007(5)(d), and Rule 64E-11.002, Florida Administrative Code (FAC). These sections require effective control measures to be taken to protect against the entrance of rodents, flies, roaches, and other vermin; hot and cold running water under pressure at all employee hand washing sinks; and temporary food service events on the premises of food service establishments to be limited to 18 days within a calendar year, respectively.
