NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Department of Children and Families has issued an order disposing of the petition for variance of sub subparagraph 65E-14.021(4)(v)4.b., F.A.C., filed by South Florida Behavioral Health Network and The Village South Inc., Case No., 18-024W on August 28, 2018. The Notice of Variance and Waivers was published in Volume 44, No. 127, F.A.R., on June 29, 2018. Sub subparagraph 65E-14.021(4)(v)4.b., F.A.C., requires audit documentation for indicated prevention services. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

Petitioners are granted a temporary variance through June 30, 2019 of sub subparagraph 65E-14.021(4)(v)4.b., F.A.C. This variance permits Petitioners to use their proposed alternative manual documentation tools to satisfy rule requirements.
