SUMMARY: This emergency rule is the second amendment to Rule 53ER19-47 POWERBALL® New Year’s Eve Promotion and extends the deadline for the redemption of coupons generated during the Promotion.

53ER19-56 POWERBALL® New Year’s Eve Promotion Second Amendment

(1) The coupon redemption deadline set forth in subsection (4) of Rule 53ER19-47, F.A.C., POWERBALL® New Year’s Eve Promotion is amended to extend the 11:59:59 ET, October 31, 2019, deadline to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2019.  

(2) Except as provided in subsection (1) above, all other provisions set forth in Rule 53ER19-47, F.A.C., as amended by Rule 53ER19-55, F.A.C., POWERBALL® New Year’s Eve Promotion Amendment, shall remain in effect.
