NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on August 21, 2007, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Variance/Waiver of paragraph 67-48.004(14)(g), Florida Administrative Code, from The Villages at Halifax Housing, Ltd., LLLP. (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver of a change in the development site.

Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
