67-48.004: Application and Selection Procedures for Developments

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on August 21, 2007, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver of paragraph 67-48.004(1)(a), F.A.C., that incorporates Part III.D.1.f of the Universal Application Instruction, Florida Administrative Code, Highland Gardens Development, Ltd. (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver to allow for the use of non-skid ceramic floor tile in lieu of tight-napped Berber-type carpet.
